Lay your cardstock over the notebook, ensuring it covers the front completely. Use scissors to trim the cardstock to match the notebook's size and shape precisely.

Cut another piece of cardstock to the same size as your notebook's cover. Then, carefully cut out a rectangle from its center, forming a paper picture frame.

Cut the plastic sheet protector to the same dimensions as your initial cardstock base.

Apply glue along the side and bottom edges of your cardstock base. Carefully place the plastic sheet protector on top, aligning the edges perfectly. Leave the top edge unglued for now, creating an opening for the confetti.

Sprinkle confetti in the opening. Once finished, use glue to seal the top border.

Apply a layer of glue along the edges of your cardstock frame. Carefully lay it down on top of the plastic sheet protector, aligning it with the base. Press firmly to ensure a strong bond.

Make sure the edges are sealed. Your confetti should now be able to move around within the space without falling out!

Finally, attach your crafted cover to the notebook. Use a glue stick to adhere the back of the cardstock base to the front of the notebook. Align the edges carefully to ensure a neat, professional look. Allow the glue to dry completely.
