Sensory Bottle
Get lost in the swirl and meditate to your own DIY sensory bottle. Add embellishments to really bring it to life.

SUPPLIES
1 bottle (5 fl oz) of Elmer’s Clear School Glue
1 clear plastic bottle with lid or glass jar
Note: Adult supervision required if using glass jar
Embellishments (glitter, beads, charms)
Note: Embellishments need to be able to fit through the funnel you’re using to fill the jar
Water
Funnel (optional)
Food coloring (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a clear plastic bottle or glass jar, empty a bottle of Elmer’s Clear Glue (5 fl oz). Adult supervision required if you are using a glass jar.
Optional: If the bottle or jar you are using is small, you may use a funnel to help pour in the glue.
Refill your empty glue bottle with water and add food coloring if desired. Close and shake to mix. Once combined, pour the water into your clear bottle.
Add any embellishments into the bottle through the funnel.
If the bottle is not filled completely, add in additional water.
Seal the top of your bottle tightly and shake.
