Fill your jar with full (5 fl oz) bottle of Elmer’s Glow-in-the-Dark Glue. Use a whole bottle if you’d like to fill to the brim.

Pour 5 tbsp of vegetable oil into the jar.

Mix the oil and glue together with your stirring utensil.

Close the lid on the jar, then swirl it around the edges of the jar to coat it with your nighttime mixture.

Let the jar sit by a bright light source for 30 minutes to charge up.

Wait until the sun sets, then take your jar outside to watch it glow! If you don’t want to wait, you can also take it into a dark room.
