First, have an adult remove glass from the picture frame

In a bowl mix, Elmer’s White School Glue with a few drops of AP approved acrylic paint (repeat this step if you’d like multiple colors).

Apply a generous coat of glue and paint mixture on top of the picture frame.

Before the glue dries, place any materials you like on the frame – glitter, beads, pasta or even mementos – turning a regular picture frame into a personalized keepsake.
